Global Medical Device Company with expanding US Operations in the Woburn area is looking for a Finance Manager. This will be the # 1 Finance person at this location, reporting into the local leadership team and will work closely with International HQ’s. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities including month end close activities, financial statement preparation, balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, commission calculations, bank reconciliations, budget and forecasting and transactional accounting oversight including AP, AR and Payroll functions. The Finance Manager will also be the point person dealing with Banks, Insurance and outside CPA firm along with IT initiatives. The candidate should have a BS Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred with 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience with strong GAAP and G/L knowledge. Strong communication skills are required, previous experience working with Medical Technology or Medical Device Company preferred. Experience working in a growth environment preferred as this company is expected to double in size over next 12-18 months. Requirements

BS Degree required, MBA preferred

5+ years of corporate accounting experience.

Medical Technology or Medical Device Industry experience preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Payroll experience desired.

Advanced Excel.
