Quad Finishing Operator in Woburn, Massachusetts

Quad is currently seeking a Bindery Operator to work in the Woburn, MA facility.

The Bindery Operator is responsible for the overall operation of either the gatherer, loaders and cranes, or the stackers, trimmers, shrink-wrappers, palletizer, or SITMA. Demonstrates good teamwork practices, participates in Department training, assists in completing make ready's within allotted time, maintains all related quality records and paperwork, and observes defined safety and housekeeping practices. Through personal initiative, leadership and effective delegation, obtains maximum performance from their machine and crew.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior Finishing Operator experience.

  • Able to perform all Assistant Operator and General Worker duties

  • Strong mechanical ability.

  • Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds continuously and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Must be able to stand long hours

  • Must be able to receive and follow instructions

  • Must be able to use vision in order to identify defects, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
