Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts
Are you looking for a new Field Service and IT repair role? This position provides repair, training, and support to technical personnel, including troubleshooting, refurbishment, rebuilds, and warranty processing. The role also involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
Repair and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment and components.
Refurbish and rebuild equipment following established procedures.
Conduct beta testing of modifications and document results.
Process warranty claims, inspections, and paperwork.
Analyze failed parts and recommend improvements.
Perform quality control checks on refurbished, rebuilt, and new equipment.
Assist with pre- and post-sale technical and software support.
Respond to customer repair inquiries accurately and efficiently.
Produce and manage monthly activity reports.
Participate in training programs to maintain current product knowledge.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve goals.
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Associate degree in electro-mechanical equipment or 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of similar equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong technical skills and experience with computer hardware and software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to continuous learning and development.
A+ and Network+ certifications are considered a plus.
Ability to work with a variety of software is essential.
