This elite team integrates complex technology, debugging and resolving interface issues as we produce, demonstrate and deliver state-of-the-art software for areas including radars, command and control platforms, missile systems and cyber defense. As a Deputy Integration and Test Lead, you will lead specialized system integration and technical testing to demonstrate system performance to our customers.

responsibilities:

  • Providing direction and monitor the I&T scope, budget, and external Earned Value requirements

  • Ensure associated plans are being followed with respect to I&T scope

  • Provide support as needed to internal EVMS process for EV reporting, LREs, and quarterly EACs

  • Support proposal efforts

  • Lead technical integration and test efforts

  • Support program gate reviews

  • Provide support to lower level requirements selloff

qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience

  • Experience leading a technical team, execution of technical, cost, and schedule performance

  • Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements

  • Ability to support international travel in preparation for System Acceptance Test (SAT) activities

  • Required: This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Desired Skills:

  • Prior Early Warning Radar (EWR) experience

  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system)

  • Experience with company's Proposal Capture Process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development)

  • Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

  • Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews, and gate reviews

  • Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals, and conducting critical review of proposals

  • Familiarity with domestic and/or international military customer structures

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration
