Hybrid role in Woburn MA. Our client is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive the success of their Global Finance Transformation roadmap. In this role, you’ll work closely with Finance’s Global Process Owners , managing projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance transformation projects from inception to completion.

• Partner with Global Process Owners to develop project roadmaps.

• Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs.

• Assign tasks, manage teams, and oversee project phases.

• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.

• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.

• Ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

• Maintain resource management systems and adhere to best project management practices.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5–7 years of project management experience, preferably in Finance process improvements or IT projects.

• PMP certification preferred.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet a plus).

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
