American Tower Network Operations Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Team
We are seeking a Coordinator to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower division’s Network Operations team. The team monitors and maintains the division’s assets, supporting both frontline representation in the field and strategic programs. Day to day you will provide task-level support to team members to ensure projects and responsibilities are completed on time. As a Coordinator, you will partner cross-functionally to assist with administrative activities and resolve compliance issues.
What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
A minimum of 3 years of office/administrative experience required.
A minimum of 2 years of telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
What You Can Offer Us
Build strong relationships and coordinate project and program deliverables with multiple internal teams and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and the highest level of customer service.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Regional Operations teams, the Network Operations Center (NOC), and Operational Services to drive strategic initiatives.
Identify and resolve discrepancies through effective communication, research, and analysis with the NOC & field service personnel and internal customers, recommending solutions and following up to ensure accuracy.
Prioritize incoming requests and adapt to changing priorities, addressing and resolving them efficiently while strategically aligning them with organizational objectives.
Assist with identifying and gathering site information from the Network Operations team to create, maintain, and monitor internal databases for tracking assets and key operational metrics.
Coordinate information flow, strategic engagements, and assist the team in aligning key priorities, ensuring seamless execution of key events and initiatives within the division.
Provide strategic administrative support, including preparing presentation materials, drafting correspondences, facilitating org-wide events and initiatives, and tracking deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
