Principal Software Engineer wanted by a wireless & broadcast communications system provider. Position based in Woburn, MA. Support, develop, and enhance RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x.; analyze, design, develop, unit test, and/or maintain key system features or custom solutions according to specifications; provide hands-on technical expertise within assigned business areas when analyzing, troubleshooting, designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications; investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate technical feasibilities; select appropriate tools to improve software development and recommend innovative solutions; and assist with troubleshooting technical issues with standard or custom programs and reports. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (3 or 4 year degree or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, or closely related field plus 4 years of experience in job offered or as Principal Consultant. Requires 4 years of experience with the following (which may have been obtained concurrently): With Oracle ERP System; Using TOAD, Forms and Report Builder, Oracle Workflow, FTP, UNIX and JDeveloper; and Using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Framework, and Web ADI.
