Systems & Technology Research Recruiting Coordinator - Temporary in Woburn, Massachusetts

STR is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented Recruiting Coordinator to work with our Campus Recruiting Lead in all aspects of the University Recruiting cycle. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with various team leads in HR while obtaining industry insight. The focus of this role will be on Campus Recruiting however, the coordinator will have the chance to be exposed to other aspects of HR in some capacity. This position offers great flexibility and we are willing to consider arrangements between 20-40 hours per week.


  • Providing general administrative support for the Internship Program

  • Planning and executing the University career fairs and information sessions

  • Building and strengthening University relationships with STR

  • Aiding in the scheduling of phone screens and interviews for potential interns using our Applicant Tracking System: Workable

  • Assisting with all stages of the internship recruitment cycle by screening, coordinating with, and extending offers to, incoming interns

  • Support our recruiting members of the HR team with the maintenance of job requisitions on University websites

  • Assist with other tasks and team members as assigned


  • Enrollment or Degree in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or other related fields, with relevant coursework completed

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other standard computer applications

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external candidates, partners and colleagues at all levels across the organization

  • Proven ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships

  • Strong capability of learning and grasping new concepts

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
