Robert Half Revenue Administrator in Woburn, Massachusetts

Description We are searching for a Revenue Administrator to be part of our team located in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role will primarily involve the management and reconciliation of revenue projects, processing of customer purchase orders, and the maintenance of efficient financial systems and procedures. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement of processes and performance while managing efforts to capture accurate data and generate projects and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement improvements to current processes to maximize efficiency

• Provide exceptional customer service and partnership to the Operations and Accounting departments and to external customers

• Create timely and accurate accounts receivable transactions, credits, and projects

• Ensure the timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer purchase orders

• Ensure that all monthly billings are accurate and completed on time

• Generate and analyze reports for invoicing, project setups, and purchase orders

• Drive success with internal customers by partnering cross-functionally to communicate best practices, develop and maintain consistent standards, and enforce policies related to key inputs and outputs of the revenue administration process

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Manage efforts to capture accurate data and generate projects and budgets in a timely manner

• Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service and office functions

• Proficient in operations and planning related tasks

• Comprehensive understanding of policy creation and implementation

• Able to handle invoice and billing functions

• Experience in budget processes and human resources administration

• Knowledge of accounts receivable and project management

• Familiarity with the software 'About Time'

• A background in finance and workstation support

• Capable of conducting reconciliations and managing billing

• Experience in revenue accounting

• Willingness to travel as per job requirements

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience in managing purchase orders and receipts

• Proficiency in Oracle and best practices

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of business and financial principles
