The Information Security (IS) Analyst performs risk reviews of systems, monitors the security of the information systems and resources, and collaborates with the business lines to perform user access rights reviews. In addition, the analyst will work closely with the IT staff to determine information security requirements and deploy appropriate solutions that meet security best practices and recommendations.

Support the Head of Information Security in accomplishing the responsibilities as outlined in the Information Security Policies, standards, and various information security programs.
Facilitate user access rights reviews with system owners and department heads. Recommend process enhancements as needed.
Identify trends, investigate anomalies, and report exceptions to the Bank's Information Security Program, leveraging reports and logs from various systems.
Assist business lines in performing periodic information security risk assessments of the Bank's information assets and systems.
Work with the Head of Information Security to enhance Bank-wide data loss prevention programs to protect customer and Bank confidential information.
Work closely with the IT staff and be responsible for day-to-day information security operations support, including security event handling, security incident response, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis and vulnerability identification.
Work with IT staff to help determine information security requirements and deploy appropriate solutions that meet security best practices and recommendations
Other related information security assignments as needed (social engineering and IS awareness programs)
Minimum 3 years of information security or IT audit experience
BS/BA required in information/cyber security or computer science
Knowledge of security methodologies and technologies including active directory group policy, cloud security, data loss prevention, SIEM.
Experience with Information system risk assessments
Proficient in MS Office tools
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
strong communication and collaboration skills
COMPLEXITY & DIFFICULTY
Requires working knowledge of appropriate information security controls (workstation, server, and cloud environments) and the Center of Information Security Standards.
