NBT Bank Specialty Lending Program Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts

Point person for issuing and servicing our relationship with Sungage and its funding partners. Get the security, durability and hours of a great bank and get to work with multiple technology oriented fintech firm to deliver NBT's customized solar lending customer experience!

Responsible for developing and managing third party partner programs and relationships. Ensures all items required of NBT (and partner) pursuant to program agreements occur. Proactively work with partner for project and subproject changes, improvements, and needed fixes to programs. Identify improvement opportunities within NBT related to the program. Responsible for the management of program specific audit and compliance. Responsible for enabling data-driven decision making through analysis and reporting. Manage third-party buyers as well as origination partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 10 years experience in a Partner Management, Vendor Management or Specialty Lending roles

  • Experience developing audit and compliance programs

  • Experience developing business performance measurement and analysis tools

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Vendor management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

Acts as Business Data Steward for a defined category of data, with the authority to enforce standards governing the definition, use, integrity, and quality of data. Escalates and makes recommendations to Category Owner on new/revised data definitions, issue resolution, and business process improvements affecting data. Collaborates with other data stewards to develop best practices, new/revised standards, and provides training and communications to affected staff.
