Replimune, Inc. Vice President, Oncology Sales (Field Based) in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Vice President, Oncology Sales will directly lead our team of Oncology Regional Business Directors and our Senior Director, Oncology Nurse Educators in supporting and implementing our strategic and business goals while establishing a high performing team that is focused on helping to improve the lives of patients within our approved area(s) of promotional focus. A key element of this role is to help ensure we develop in our Sales organization a clear, patient focused culture that values people, passion and performance.
This person will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.This is a field-based role. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial Operations, Training & Development, Market Access & Strategic Accounts, Thought Leader Liaisons, Strategic Portfolio Management, Legal, and Compliance in meeting and exceeding our target revenue goals for the organization.
The Vice President, Oncology Sales is responsible for building and sustaining a high-performing and diverse team of experienced oncology sales representatives and oncology nurse educators. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and profitability targets while ensuring the sales and marketing plans are effectively executed by our sales and nurse educator teams. This leader will work cross-functionally in developing and ensuring we are successfully executing upon our business plans and strategic programs in compliance with all relevant internal policies and external regulations. This leader will have a team of Regional Business Directors, and a Senior Director of Nurse Educators to help achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building out a national customer facing team in a similar sized or larger biotechnology organization, with an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to play a hands-on role in supporting launch excellence.

Provide effective leadership and direction to the oncology sales management and nurse educator leadership team while fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Aligning KPIs with tools and measures to assure transparency and success
Maintaining a compliant, patient-centric approach in all that we do
Be an active contributor into the annual business/brand planning process
Prepare key deliverables and tools for appropriate internal stakeholders including customer facing teams
Ensure our teams are operating within our fiscal budget
Differentiate performance, provide feedback & recognition at regular intervals, and proactively address performance issues as appropriate
Bachelor’s Degree required ; MBA or graduate degree a plus
Minimum of 10+ years of pharma/biotech or related experience with at least 5 years of experience in Oncology ; skin cancer and/or PD1 experience preferred
A minimum of 5 years+ of pharmaceutical sales leadership experience, with a preference towards exerience in Oncology sales; additional marketing / biotech experience in national or regional roles a plus
Passionate about providing a first-rate customer experience to internal clients; strong ability to communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical people.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong time management skills including the ability to multi-task on various projects and to prioritize under fixed schedules and in high pressure situations.
