Position 1:1 Psych RN

Location: Behavioral Health Hospital - Worcester, MA 01604

Start Date:ASAP

Duration: 3-6 months (13 weeks to start)

Schedule: Flexible schedule, 40 hours/week – day and eveningshift available (every other weekend – every other holiday)

Job Description:

A 16 yo adolescent is being admitted to the hospital isrequired to offer the patient NG tube feeds 3x/day. This means they are lookingfor nurses who are skilled with NG tube feeding and comfortable withadministering to adolescents. The nurse is going to need to be available forthe feedings at all times of their shift, so the position is fully onsite, butthe nurse might be doing other nursing duties between feeds.

The skill level with NG tubes and comfortability withadolescent psych population is the MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE JOB.

Experience/requirements:

RN with very strong experience using Nasalgastric tube

ideally someone with peds experience

must be comfortable with the facilty

Pay $65/hr
