Clerk/Receptionist (Hybrid) Elder Services of Worcester Area, Inc is seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Clerk/ Receptionist. The Clerk/Receptionist works within the Support Staff unit. Manages telephone console and internet-based phone system, screens, greets and assist visitors, performs assorted clerical tasks, and is the primary front-end office coverage. Assists with scanning, consumer billing, filing, photocopying, daily mailing preparation. Performs other duties necessary for the successful operations of the support staff unit as assigned by the supervisor or any member of Management. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in reception, multi-line phone system, general office procedures and data entry required. Desire and commitment to working with older individuals required. Demonstrate experience building relationships and partnerships preferred. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) and working within a database required. Ability to multi-task and establish priorities, in a fast-paced environment required. Bilingual skills preferred. Must have moderate physical mobility; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds. ? A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is \$1,000. ? No holidays or on-call ?
