Charter /Spectrum Communications Customer Service Representative in Worcester, Massachusetts
SUMMARY: Charter/Spectrum is seeking to fill several full-time 2nd shift CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE VIDEO REPAIR positions in their call center; 4:00pm-12:30AM, including weekends; wage $16.50/hr. (plus shift differential .75/hr for M-F hours and 1.50/hr. for weekend hours). Must be able to train first 16 weeks (Paid) from 12:30PM - 9:00PM, Tuesday-Saturday. DUTIES: Take inbound calls and assist customers with service and billing issues; troubleshoot and resolve video products and equipment issues on the phone, providing customer service, walking customers through fixes they can do themselves and initiating additional internal support teams when necessary Take payments/provide customers with account balance information Provide excellent customer service by being an adaptable, efficient, patient communicator and good listener who applies sincerity and responsibility to create helpful customer phone experiences and relationships REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED Min. age 18 US Citizen Must have good oral communication skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English 6+ months customer service representative experience, preferred 1+ year working with computers and multiple software applications, preferred Must be able to pass CORI check and drug test You MUST complete the online application first Are you eager to learn and ready for a new challenge?
