Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Extrusion Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain extrusion machines, set up machines, and use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy. You will handle materials safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Roel is based in Grafton

Shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Thursday with optional OT on Fridays

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain extrusion machines

• Set up machines

• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy

• Handle materials safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Essential Skills

• Experience operating extrusion machines or wire and cable

• Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers

• Experience with materials handling in a warehouse environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience running an extruder and performing set-ups

• General production and labor experience

Work Environment

You will work in an older, but clean facility with about 15 employees on site. This is a 2nd shift opportunity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grafton, Massachusetts.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50
