Duties and Responsibilities:

Securamerica is seeking a Lead Concierge for a prestigious residential property in Worcester, Massachusetts. Candidate will be team leader and manage schedule of their team. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, excellent computer skills and must be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidate must also have basic mechanical skills/aptitude. This position encompasses a myriad of duties to include but not limited to the following:

Greet residents and when applicable, open doors for residents, visitors and guests and answer the phones located at the front desk

Accept/log/store/distribute packages (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.)

Assisting residents, prospective residents, visitors, delivery persons and contractors with basic building information

Notify residents upon arrival of guests and deliveries

Maintain log of all building visitors and applicable shift incidents and activities. Respond to any alarms of the building to include fire, intruder, HVAC, etc.

Enforce building policies and procedures.

Conduct building tours

Challenge suspicious individuals, contact authorities when needed. Contact on-call technician for after hours emergencies

Schedule move ins and move outs for elevator usage

Hands on team leader to maintain schedule

Other duties as required/needed

Must Have:

Minimum high school diploma or GED

Be at least 21 years of age

Have Excellent communications skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Energetic and detail-oriented

Strong Administrative skills and Strong Computer skills

Customer service experience a must

Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, including drug screen and criminal background check.

This is a full time position
