Office Administrator

Worcester, MA

12+ month contract with high potential for extension and can convert to permanent.

Pay range: $20 - 25/HR

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred.

  • Excellent computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role, or equivalent

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to establish priorities, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in the management and administration of confidential information.

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microstrategy a big plus. SalesForce a plus.

  • Detail oriented with proven organizational and planning skills required
