Description and Responsibilities

Our services are comprehensive, and are offered for children, adolescents, transition-aged youth, and adults.
The Outpatient Clinic Scheduler is a member of the Bridge Counseling Center team and will provide general office support to the division. They will also p erform general administrative office duties which include answering phones, typing, filing, copying, operating the computer, maintaining accurate and timely records/files.
Other key responsibilities:
Schedule Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner, and Therapist appointments as well as meetings.
Reschedule cancelled appointments.
Complete referrals for Community Supports and Rapid Response Hub.
Verify individuals’ insurances. Outreach individuals to obtain additional information, if needed.
Collect copayments when applicable.
Reserve offices and conference rooms.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
Previous experience with administrative and clerical procedures, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
