Description and Responsibilities
Join our team at Open Sky as a part-time receptionist and work where your work matters! We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our organization, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing crucial administrative support. Here, you will:
Provide excellent customer service to visitors of the main office by answering phones and greeting, directing, and supporting visitors.
Sort and distribute daily mail and ensure accurate and timely communication of pertinent information.
Maintain complete, accurate and up to date paper and electronic records.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide general office support to office staff as needed.
Hours are: 5 days per week, 4 hours per day, approximately 10am - 2pm although the specific times may be flexible.
Position is fully in-office, in-person.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record, required.
Some previous experience with administrative/clerical procedures, and experience using Microsoft Office and business / communication software.
