Description We are in search of a Payroll Clerk to be a part of our team located in Worcester, Massachusetts, 01605, United States. Your primary function will be to handle customer applications, maintain precise customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. You will also be in charge of monitoring customer accounts and taking the appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily data submissions to third-party vendors

• Act as the key contact between clients and vendors to ensure data accuracy

• Handle payroll transactions and monitor them for accuracy

• Conduct risk assessment audits to identify and mitigate potential errors

• Manage banking transactions and collaborate directly with clients to resolve issues

• Supervise the bank account used for issuing employee checks

• Collaborate closely with vendors to guarantee precise data submission

• Manage vendor relationships effectively in the payroll industry

• Execute bank account reconciliation and bank reconciliations

• Maintain and manage payroll vendor relationships effectively in the payroll industry. Requirements • Proficient in payroll processing and management

• Experience with bank reconciliations

• Ability to perform bank account reconciliation

• Expertise in account reconciliation

• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships

• Experience in handling payroll vendors

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information

• Proficiency in using payroll software and Office Suite

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
