Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00a to 5:00p

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of your branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.

  • Drive Clinical Excellence: Implement and monitor patient care programs, ensuring the highest standards of care are met and exceeded.

  • Manage Financial Performance: Oversee the financial health of your branch, ensuring sustainability and growth.

  • Build and Support Teams: Ensure adequate staffing levels, provide ongoing training, and lead by example to inspire your team to provide exceptional care.

  • Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance and mitigate risks.

Compliance & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation that adheres to Medicare guidelines.

  • Uphold state licensure, Medicare certification, and federal conditions of participation through policy development, staff education, and monitoring.

  • Lead with integrity, aligning operations with our mission, values, and legal requirements.

  • Approve and submit payroll accurately, ensuring all employee inputs are properly accounted for.

  • Implement strategic plans that drive growth and excellence within your branch.

  • Conduct staff performance appraisals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • State Nursing License (RN)

  • Associates Degree in Healthcare or related field is required.

  • 1+ year of experience in supervisory or administrative home health or related program required. To the extent a Branch Director is the designated Alternate Administrator for a provider number, certain state specific qualifications may apply.

  • 2+ years home health experience preferred.

  • Current state license as required by state or federal guidance.

  • Advanced clinical skills

  • Advanced Functional Business and management skills including time management, human and financial resources, managing budgets, etc.

  • Proficiency with computer and technology programs including MS office Suite, Homecare Homebase, and Workday

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to develop trusted relationships and networks across multiple levels including supervisory and leadership.
