Position Details:

  • Location: 100 North Parkway, Worcester, MA. This position may require travel to any of the Reliant Medical Group clinical locations

  • Department: Learning & Organized Development, Training Department

  • Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 38.75 hours - shifts around the hours of 8:30A - 5:00P, with some flexibility on start/end times based on business needs. This position has the option of hybrid work.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Schedules workshops, instructors and rooms. Assists instructors with course setup and other training requirements

  • Facilitates orientation programs, assessing impact with director and senior management, modifying as required

  • Supports Learning and Organizational Development Department initiatives, as well as other Human Resources Department initiatives, by providing training support for projects and new applications of educational tools and programs

  • Assists L&OD Director, Training Manager, and Project Managers in carrying out on-going projects

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or related training experience

  • Knowledge of personal computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in customer service

  • Demonstrated knowledge of planning, presentation, training, and development skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
