Hilltown Community Health Center Chief Financial Officer in Worthington, Massachusetts

WORTHINGTON Chief Financial Officer A day in the life of this role: In this highly visible role, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial operation of the organization, ensuring all financial decisions and processes keep HCHC\'s ability to fulfill its mission in mind. These duties include, but are not limited to, the supervision of the Finance and Billing departments, preparation and monitoring of the organization\'s annual operating budget, cash management, and representing the fiscal interests of the organization in external business relationships. What we need from you: Master\'s degree in accounting or business administration. Minimum of five years\' experience in finance. Experience managing finances in healthcare required. Experience managing finances for a non-profit preferred, but not required. Experience managing finances for a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQCHC) strongly preferred, but not required. CPA experience strongly preferred, but not required. Competencies and Attributes: You are trustworthy, responsible, independent, take ownership and deliver results.
