Latham invites skilled and dedicated individuals to apply for the position of Technology Support Specialist. As an integral member of our dynamic team, you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations and empowering staff through support and training. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive hardware and software support across the organization. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the efficient operation of Information Systems processes. Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to empower staff in utilizing technology effectively. Ensure the quality enhancement of our technology services through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a liaison with our managed IT service provider to guarantee exceptional client services. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new software/applications, catering to the diverse needs of our organization. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong client service skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a collaborative team environment. Experience in educational or human services settings is advantageous.
